Shipping
All prices include economy shipping unless otherwise stated in the product description. Economy shipping aims deliver the item within 7 working days, subject to the perfomance of Royal Mail or the selected courier firm. Prioritsed dispatch aims to deliver the item within 3 working days, items ordered after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Prioritsed dispatch items carry a flat £2.00 surcharge
Returns
You have 14 calender days to return items from the date you received it. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and undamaged. The item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Items considered faulty should not be returned without contact with us first in order to agree the terms of return shipping.
Royal Mail occasionally loses packages, but will only accept a claim for lost mail after 15 business days of posting. If we agree that an order has been lost we will replace it after this period providing the following conditions have been met:
- The customer’s name (including surname) is correct
- The full delivery address is given without alteration, and is recognised by the Royal Mail address database. Any address other than one recorded in the Royal Mail list will be treated as an incorrect address. We cannot accept liability for incorrectly addressed lost mail.
Packages returned to us by Royal Mail as undeliverable will incur a flat charge of £2 if a duplicate order has been sent or the original order is resent.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
